Pilates exercises for butt & abductor muscles - Part II

Pilates Butt exercises - Lateral elevation of both legs

We place out bodies in the initial position mentioned in Lateral elevation of one leg.


When exhaling we elevate legs at the same time, and keep the elevation at one palm high from the floor, as we would like to grow with our tiptoes. We keep at every moment the butt and abdominal contractions to ensure stability in the lumbar zone. We inhale when getting back to the initial position.

We repeat this exercise 10 times with one leg, and then we swap of leg and do 10 more repetitions.
