Technique Four: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Visualize the situation, person or thing that is causing you anxiety. Keep this image fix and clear in your mind. Then change this image for a black and white vision. If there is sound, reduce it until it goes away. Shrink the picture until it turns into a small point and disappears.

Picture in your head a new image, something you wish to happen. Make the image look as colorful and bright as you can. Add sound and music is you like. Put a white frame around the picture. Imagine this situation is really happening; keep it in mind to a joy level.

This is not easy to do at the start, it requires perseverance.

With this, you are giving your mind a clear message of the path you want it to follow. You can take the second part of the exercise to make come true what you wish in your life.
