Pilates to improve your abdominals

There are ideal exercises and positions of Pilates and Yoga to concentrate the effort of your abdominals in order to accomplish the look you always dreamed of.
Before starting

Before making any of the exercises to improve abdominals by means of the Pilates’ method and Yoga you should do a 5 to 10 minute warm-up, including elongation (extension).
These abdominal exercises should me practiced from three to four times a week, and your body must have one day of break.
Also before starting with the Pilates exercises make sure that your body is accurately stabilized and on a firm position over the floor.

Try no to use the movement’s inertia, because in this way you would only be fooling yourself, besides of having the risk of an injury.

Your abdominals must be contracted along all and each of the exercises.
